Ms. Schaus will review the basics of the GSA Schedule and how it is used by the US Federal Government in purchasing. She will explain the pre-award and post-award requirements and the factors to consider when pursuing this contract vehicle. The GSA Schedule is only a marketing tool and essentially will either be an asset or a liability for your business. Ms. Schaus will walk through the proposal steps, including GSA evaluation and estimated timelines. She will uncover best practices and avoiding common pitfalls related to the sales and business development component of the Schedule.
