The federal government’s goal is to award at least 5% of all federal contracting dollars to small disadvantaged businesses each year. If your small business is owned and controlled by socially or economically disadvantaged individuals, you may be eligible for a program that can help you tap into this slice of the government market.

During this webinar, our Procurement Specialist Mary Jo Juarez will be joined by Mark McComas of the San Francisco SBA District office to go over the 8(a) Business Development Program. Administered by the Small Business Administration (SBA), this is a 9-year program that provides training and technical assistance to allow disadvantaged firms to strengthen their ability to compete in the American economy.
