About Me:

Taylor Bowes is an experienced program director with a demonstrated history of leadership and community engagement. She is skilled in strategic planning, systems thinking, team development, supervision, public speaking, and communication. After graduating with the highest honors from Portland State University with a B.S. in Psychology, Taylor spent a decade building various government-funded programs from the ground up at non-profits and higher education institutions. Since 2017, she has grown Norcal APEX Accelerator’s service area into one of the top five in the country and positioned the program as a nation-wide leader. In 2021, her center won APTAC’s national Economic Impact Award for fostering significant outcomes for businesses obtaining government contracts.
