CHALLENGES
The main challenge Sky Landscape faced in procuring government contracts was knowing where to start with the process. They weren’t aware of the steps they needed to take and lacked an overall vision.
ACTIONS
To address the above challenges, Sky Landscape met with a Norcal PTAC Procurement Specialist who walked them through the process of obtaining a State of California Small Business Certification and creating a Capability Statement. Norcal PTAC also helped with troubleshooting and connected Sky Landscape to bid opportunities.
RESULTS
Since meeting with a Norcal PTAC procurement Specialist, Sky Landscape has been awarded ten government contracts totaling more than $50,000.00.
