Press Release

Norcal PTAC COVID-19 Client Update

The COVID-19 virus is dominating the news and our personal and professional lives in a significant way. The Norcal PTAC will continue to be open for business to support you during this time, but we are implementing some risk reduction procedures that may impact the way that we interact with our clients.

Here is what you can expect from us:

1. Most webinars will continue as scheduled. View our list of upcoming webinars at: https://www.norcalptac.org/calendar.

2. No in-person events will be held, at least through the end of April 2020. In-person events are being evaluated individually and our calendar will be updated as quickly as possible. We may offer some events as webinars, while others may be postponed or canceled. If you are currently registered for any of our events, you’ll receive an email update within the next few days.

3. Client counseling will remain active but will be limited to remote activity only (video conference or telephone). All in-person office hours are canceled until further notice.

4. Our administrative staff at our Arcata office may be working remotely, but our office line will continue to be monitored during regular business hours. You can contact us at 707-826-3916.

Please understand that our desire is to support you and your business without interruption, but we will have to minimize risk of spreading COVID-19 by reducing travel, large groups and physical contact until this challenge passes over. For more information on how COVID-19 may impact your business, visit https://www.norcalptac.org/covid19.

Reach out to your assigned Procurement Specialist or reply to this email with any questions.

Thank you for your patience and support.
